Mrs. Melikyan is a Corporate Paralegal at Kundani Chang Khinda Wilson LLP. She is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Law in May 2014.
Maria served as Director of Finance for the University’s Pre-Law Association. In December of that year, she received a Certificate in Paralegal Studies with Distinction from UCLA’s Paralegal Training Program.
Shortly thereafter, Maria joined Citron & Deutsch, a law firm specializing in business law, real estate, and estate and succession planning; Being a primarily, business law firm, Maria was involved with formation and incorporation of various entities, raising capital, as well as assisting start-ups with their business plans, seed funding and reviewing and revising investor-related documents. In 2016 to mid-2017, she oversaw a project for a start-up app operation with the Senior Partner. In addition, Ms. Melikyan assisted with all aspects of estate planning and trust administration, including reviewing and drafting estate plans, preparing formal trust accounting, preparing asset transfer documents and forming Family Limited Liability Companies.
In 2018, Maria joined Khinda Wilson LLP, now Kundani Chang Khinda Wilson LLP, to concentrate more on business and commercial transactions. Mrs. Melikyan is a mother of two, Anahit (2013) and Alexander (2015).
